JD's Prompt Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning started in business in 1984. We’re still here, helping residential and commercial customers in Lubbock, TX and the surrounding areas with heating, air conditioning, and plumbing. There are many reasons why we’ve succeeded over three and a half decades, but one of the most important is that we always put the customer first. It isn’t enough for us to swing past a client’s home or business and provide a quick repair, then vanish. We’re in this business to forge long-term relationships with all customers. Our client base is the reason we’re a success, and we treat all customers as part of our family.

Prompt and Trustworthy

A contractor who isn’t available when you need them and who doesn’t move fast when you have urgent concerns isn’t much good. At JD's Prompt Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, our service technicians are on call from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, and we always have someone to answer the phone during after-hours for emergencies. We’re not only here when you need us, we’re also fast: 95% of the service calls we receive before noon are completed on the same day. No matter if you own a home or run a small business, you can rest easy knowing we’re here and ready to come to your assistance.

We take pride in building trust with our clients. This means offering no-surprises and flat-rate pricing and doing exactly what we claim we’ll do. It also means ensuring our customers feel safe with us working in their homes and businesses. Every service technician is trained and motivated to continue to improve. They must all pass stringent background checks and drug screenings as well. On every job, they are friendly and courteous, ready to answer any questions a customer may have about their service.
